About Shark Point

This dive is strictly for highly experienced candidates. Its closed in the day and only accessible in winter. The dive can only be conducted when the ocean is flat anyway. Novices have been seriously injured at this site so take heed that your skills are advanced. The dive starts by entering a gutter which dips to 17m and then to 26m and deeper. The marine life is lists long with around 200 species of fish residing here. An option o the dive is to take a right when the gutter ends and head south where there are overhangs, walls and terraces to explore and a bed of kelp.
