About Norma Shipwreck

This wreck was a 4 masted steel, iron barque. She sank in 1907 after it was intensely knocked by "The Ardencraig". The next day, a ship named the "Jessie Darling", sank over the wreck after running over it, resulting in her breaking her back. The Norma was, thereafter, purposely blow-up with dynamited due to shipping dangers. The bottom has large amounts of metal lying on it, from the wreck. This site has a large amount of interesting remains to explore, as well as a wide variety of marine life.
